Naomi Devine, environmentalist
“I a non-vegetarian who is passionate about sustainability, I am pleased to support this initiative aimed at reducing consumption of resources and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by reducing our meat consumption. It is empowering to be able to do something personally to make a difference, unlike most strategies for preventing climate change that hinge on government action. It takes a little effort each week, but I am finding some good recipes and it is getting easier for me to go meatless on mondays and more.”
